About Us

Coastal Georgia Rails to Trails Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2008 to develop the Georgia Coast Rail-Trail.

The group is made up of community leaders, elected officials, and trail enthusiasts from the four counties – Camden, Glynn, McIntosh, and Liberty – where the former CSX rail bed still exists.

The organization offers memberships to friends and supporters of the trail. We are also seeking funding from public and private grants.
